Suvan Steels Private Limited, manufactures low cost high quality sponge iron, the perfect raw material for production of high quality steel; steel with superior combinations of properties, which has the hardness of an alumina ceramics, the strength of carbon based fibers, a corrosion resistance superior to nickel based super alloys, weldability and weld properties superior to cobalt based Stellites, and higher strength to weight ratios than titanium alloys.

We have 2*100 TPD coal based Sponge Iron units near Bellary. Our goal is to integrate upstream mining industry and the downstream power generation and steel making industry by putting up induction furnace using latest technology. This ensures that our product quality, flexibility and ability match the best of world standards. Our advanced quality control and automation/process control facilities ensure our products adhere to international quality standards.

Steel currently occupies a pre-eminent position in modern society because of the abundance and low cost of iron, its main constituent and its low life cycle costs with minimal environmental impact and ability to be recycled. We are ideally positioned to capitalise on such abundant opportunities that is available. Management

Narendra Kumar Gupta
45+ years of experience in working, managing and promoting various business across different industries like textile , rubber and iron and steel in various capacities.

He is a Commerce Graduate (B.Com ). Started his career in 1965 with APEEC which was into electrical meter manufacturing. Here he had an experience in working as a Personal Assistant to the CEO for a period of 8 years.

Promoted M/s Rachna Textiles in 1973 in partnership. This firm was into textile printing. He successfully managed this firm for 7 years and parted ways to promote another firm M/s Asian Latex Products which was into manufacturing of rubber products in Hyderabad. He grew the business successfully for 11 years and moved over by selling out his stake to his partner , only to promote his most successfully venture M/s Sri Venkateshwara Steels along with his sons and continues to manage it profitably even today . During this period he promoted another successful firm M/s Aryam Steels P Ltd . This unit was promoted with an installed capacity of 18,000 tons per annum. This unit was promoted in partnership with his business friend Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta and Family. In 2007 he bought over the stake of his partner to make it a family going concern. Further, during the year 2008 he doubled the capacity of this plant from internal accruals across his own business. Today he manages M/s Venkateshwara Steels and M/s Aryam Steels along with his sons and plans to expand for an integrated business in the steel Industry through organic and inorganic growth.

He is a seasoned businessman who has successfully managed and promoted profitable businesses. His primary skill is in project management and driving business operations for consistent growth, build strong alliances.



Shrivatsa Ganeriwal
16+ years of experience in working with Large Information Technology Company’s like HCL , Oracle , Zensar ( RPG Group) in various capacities contributing Organizational Goals in the fields of Business Development, Operations and Marketing in various geographies of India , SAARC , North America , Middle East etc

He has done his graduation as a Computer Engineer (B.E, Comp Engg) and Post Graduation in MBA (Marketing and Sales). Started his career with Aries Enterprises, a very Large C and F Agent with Nestle India Limited in May 1994 and Implemented IT systems for operational efficiency for streamlining the C & F operation of Nestle India Ltd

Joined M/s Parity Systems in March 1995 as Manager Sales wherein he was instrumental in moving the revenues from a level of Rs 40.5 million to about 130 million in a span of 22 months.

Further, he continued with M/s Adeptec Software Solutions in Nov 1999 where he closed significant deals in targeted accounts through direct marketing.

Was recalled in M/s Parity Systems P Ltd in Aug 2000 as there was a change in management and achieved successful leadership position of the No 1 Distributor for 3 years in a row for Wipro India Ltd

Made his careers biggest jump by joining M/s HCL Infosystems Limited in Aug 2002 and was responsible in opening up key markets in Govt, Manufacturing, Banking, Research & Defence and IT / ITes segments.

Moved over to the World's largest and best software company M/s Oracle India Pvt. Ltd. In Dec 2006 as Regional Manager and was responsible for business development of emerging Technology products and enabled large deals across Business verticals

Joined M/s Zensar Technologies Ltd in June 2008 as Global Head - Marketing and Alliances and further was given the responsibility as Country Head - India. M/s Zensar Technologies Ltd is part of RPG Group.

He is a dedicated professional in managing and spearheading business development, project management and marketing across industries having a track record of effectively managing people and demonstrated capability in driving business operations for consistent growth, build strong alliances and develop new complimentary business. Highly skilled in developing operational strategies and managing varied projects from original concept through implementation.



Sanjay Kumar Gupta
19+ years of experience in working, managing and promoting business’s in textile and steels in various capacities.

He is a Graduate (B.Com ) and started his career in 1991 by promoting M/s Sri Venkateshwara Steels which is into wholesale and retail trading of iron and steels . Here he handled the entire supply chain of trading and manages to run this business profitably till today. During the same period he also promoted M/s Aryam Steels P Ltd as a family going concern. He has extensive experience in Production Management and has ensured huge savings in costs of productions, due his skill to have an eye for detail. He along with his father carries the vision to have an integrated steel business via organic and inorganic growth . As a promoter of M/s Aryam Steels he played a key role in buying out the stake of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta and Family. He along with his brother has promoted M/s Vanij Ventures P Ltd which is into the construction line of activity. This firm is being groomed as a forward integration point in their vision of having an integrated steel business. Today he is mangeing the production at M/s Aryam steels and enables the trading business in M/s Venkateshwara Steels.

He is a well groomed businessman who has successfully managed and promoted profitable businesses. His primary skills in production management and trading ensure good profits in the families business.


Avinash Kumar Gupta
18+ years of experience in working, managing and promoting business’s in iron and steels in various capacities.

He is a Graduate (B.Com ) and started his career in 1991 by promoting M/s Sri Venkateshwara Steels which is into wholesale and retail trading of iron and steels . Here he handled the sales and procurement for trading. During the same period he also promoted M/s Aryam Steels P Ltd as a family going concern. He has extensive experience in purchasing and sales which has ensured good reputation and image of M/s Aryam Steels and M/s Sri Venkateshwara Steels. He gets the credit for conceiving the project of M/s Aryam Steels P Ltd and taking the initiative to see it through the setup and commissioning. Due to his skills in purchasing and sales it has given good returns in both the units being managed by him. He along with his father carries the vision to have an integrated steel business via organic and inorganic growth. As a promoter of M/s Aryam Steels he played a key role in expanding and doubling the capacity of the plant from 18,000 tons to 36,000 tons in a short span of time. He along with his brother has promoted M/s Vanij Ventures P Ltd which is into the construction line of activity. This firm is being groomed as a forward integration point in their vision of having an integrated steel business. Today he is managing the supply chain at M/s Aryam steels and is looking forward for the expansion of his integrated steels business by forward and backward integration.

He is a well groomed businessman who has successfully managed and promoted profitable businesses. His primary skills in purchasing and sales and trading ensure good profits in the families business. He has been instrumental in almost all the financial arrangements required across all business and companies within the family..
