Capacity Of The Unit
Suvan Steels Private Limited has 2*100 TPD modern state-of-the-art plants with an annual production capacity of 60,000 tonnes of sponge iron based on lump iron ore as the feed material and Coal as redundant. The plant produces 48,000 tonnes of lump sponge iron and 12,000 tonnes of 0-3mm sponge iron fines.
The plant operates on an average of 300 days in a year with three-shift operation and the balance period allows for planned maintenance and capital repairs.

A well-integrated road network connects all the units of the plant. The layout also has provision for adding 30,000 TPA Plant with waste heat boiler and turbine for establishing captive power plant based on the utilisation of sensible heat of kiln outgoing hot gases. |
